Where can I buy Happinez Magazine?
You can buy it online in our shop or check your nearest store using our store locator.


My order was damaged during shipping. Can I get a new, undamaged copy?
Yes,  send us an e-mail at with your details. We will be happy to send you a new copy.


What payment methods are accepted by Happinez?
We accept Visa & Mastercard.


My order hasn’t arrived.
If you have any questions about your order, please send an e-mail (service@happinez.com). Mention your order number so that we can answer your question as quickly as possible.


Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our products all over the world.


When will I receive my order?
Depending on the delivery address of your order, it can take 2 to 15 days for your order to be delivered. Within Europe we aim at 7 business days, outside of Europe 15 business days.


Will I receive an invoice and confirmation of shipping?
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an e-mail with an overview of your order. You will not receive an invoice.


Can I return a purchase?
There is no option for returning magazines unfortunately.
