The item I want to order is not in stock yet. It is expected to be in stock again?
When an item is sold out, it won’t be back in stock for a while.


My order was damaged during shipping. Can I get a new, undamaged copy?
It does happen sometimes that products get damaged during shipping. If this is the case, send us
an e-mail at
with your details. We will be happy to send you a new copy.


Can I order a copy of previous editions of Happinez?

What payment methods are accepted by Happinez?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

If you have any questions about your order, please send an e-mail. Mention your order number in your e-mail so that we can answer your question as quickly as possible.


Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our products all over the world.


When will I receive my order?
Depending on the delivery address of your order, it can take 2 to 15 days for your order to be delivered. Within Europe we aim at 7 business days, outside of Europe 15 business days.


Will I receive an invoice and confirmation of shipping?
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an e-mail with an overview of your order. You will not receive an invoice.


Can I return a purchase?
There is no option for returning magazines unfortunately.
