Biorhythms are somewhat out of fashion in the realm of spirituality, but there is still a lot to say about rhythm. For doesn’t everything in nature, including our inner clock, move to the rhythms of the Earth, Moon and Sun?


Answer the following five questions and learn something about your natural biorhythm or chronotype.

1. When you have a day off, what time do you usually go to bed?

a = 0, b = 4, c = 8, d = 12 points.

Results:
0-15: you are an extreme morning person.

16-30: you are mainly a morning person.

31-45: you are mainly an night person.

46-60: you are an extreme night person.
