Oat milk with raw chocolate and oats
Breakfast, serves 4
Mix 200 g oat flakes with 5 dl oat milk, 5 dl orange juice, and 100 g goji berries in a bowl. Cover it and put in the fridge; stir the mixture after about 4 hours. Leave to soak in the fridge for 1 night.
Finely chop 1 bar of raw chocolate and cut 2 (blood) oranges into skinless sections. Stir the oat porridge once more and distribute on some big plates. Sprinkle with the chocolate and put the orange sections on top.
